As always the cleanliness and the extent always taken by the employees to make your stay as comfortable as possible I was also surprised and very grateful for the extra towels provided as routinely requested. I couldn’t believe it I was too busy to remember the one request and felt so acknowledged that one more thing was off my travel list when I arrived and was reminded by the extra care taken by the staff to provide the towels in the room 🥰💖🙏🏽 thank you Quality for the next to home comfort in the Sault🥰💖🙏🏽 much appreciated and definite choice of hotel when travelling back home to the Sault🥰💖🙏🏽 see you again in three months 🥰💖🙏🏽 thank you again Respectfully, RB

Very friendly and helpful staff who gave us an upgrade to a larger suite on a high floor. The room was fabulous with comfy bed and lots of space, including a microwave and fridge, and we enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub after 7 days of highway driving across Canada. The restaurant on site had tasty food and excellent staff and the morning complimentary breakfast was good too. Within five minutes or so from the highway and just across from a mall, made this an excellent location to stop,

My stay was so comforting and cozy like an extension of home thank you quality inn for your exceptional hospitality thank you . I will definitely be back in September oh yeah the breakfast and restaurant dinner is amazing love my food and I tell you my tummy enjoyed it too… See you soon Rosie🥰

Staff were exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and eager to please. The rooms are spacious, clean, and beds are extremely comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Something for everyone. Very happy with this hotel. Location was fantastic, walking distance from canal, mall, casino, and boardwalk. Great views of the river too. This was our second time at this location, and will definitely be back.

It was right by the waterfront and was close to all the areas we wanted to visit. Staff were all very friendly. We didn’t know what to expect before we arrived and we were pleasantly surprised. I paid in advance for this room and wasn’t sure if I would regret that or not but it exceeded our expectations and I would stay here again if I was in Sault Ste Marie again.
